About Me

I'm an action-driven digital transformation consultant who helps pharma companies unlock omnichannel engagement clarity from complex challenges.

With a master’s degree in molecular biology and a passion for pharmacology, my academic focus was on fundamental research, but the long gap between discovery and application left me feeling disconnected from the patients I was trying to impact. I then turned my attention to the pharmaceutical industry for opportunities to contribute to the advancement of patient health.

My career path started in regulatory affairs, but a series of wonderful and unexpected opportunities allowed me to take a sharp turn towards digital innovations in customer engagement. First, I led the medical team's digital engagement initiatives, and then I migrated to commercial roles where I was eventually responsible for the omnichannel strategy and digital transformation. In my latest role, I worked to align all the various elements and functions impacting customer engagement towards a unified approach and vision.

My unconventional career journey from the lab to the C-suite gives me a 360-degree view of the pharma landscape, allowing me to craft strategic solutions that balance scientific rigor, operational realities, and customer centricity.
