Through coaching and guidance, I have helped new and seasoned professionals better understand how digital can transform their organization, and gain confidence in their ability to make decisions that lead to meaningful positive impact for the business. Early on, I will guide them in their transition with questions, observations and advice, and help them identify opportunities to deliver immediate impact while working on long-term goals and laying the foundation for future aspirations.
